Order Cancellation
Please note that no cancellation of orders is possible once you make the payment and we confirm your order. All products are made to order and the making process starts immediately. You may reach out to ekaacandles@gmail.com in case of any such request. However, the decision to process this request is at Ekaa Candle's discretion and our decision will be communicated or shared with you via your registered mobile number or email address.
Complaints & Queries
Should you face any issues with our products, you may email us at ekaacandles@gmail.com with complete details of the complaint & supporting evidence. After a thorough investigation of the complaint, we will communicate our decision by way of E-mail or through a direct contact from our representative on your registered mobile number. The final decision on treating the complaint is at Ekaa Candle's discretion.
Refund & Replacement
No refund will be provided once the product is been delivered. We expect a proof of damage before replacement. So always take a video while opening the parcel, we can then verify that the product was faulty from our end. If we conform the product is damaged, we will be sending you the replacement of the new product. All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, original accessories and in the original packaging as delivered to you. The customer is responsible to bare the courier cost while returning the parcel.
