SHIPPING POLICY

  1. Order Processing
    1.1. All Ekaa Candles products are handmade and made to order. It takes about 3-4 days to craft and create the products.
    1.2. All retail orders (less than 4 products or pieces per order per delivery location) will be packed and dispatched within 5 working days of confirming the order.
     

  2. Delivery
    2.1. Estimated delivery timelines are stated below:
    Within Thane and Mumbai - 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
    Within Maharashtra - 6 to 8 business days after dispatch.
    Rest of India (outside Maharashtra) - 7 to 10 business days after dispatch.
    2.2. Ekaa Candles will make all efforts to ensure that the products are delivered to the specified address within the estimated delivery timeframes.
    2.3. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method and the destination address. Ekaa Candles is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs clearance processes.
     

  3. Shipping Charges
    3.1. The shipping charges will be calculated separately based on the delivery location.
    3.2. The shipping charges will be clearly displayed during the checkout process and added to the total order amount.
    3.3. Any additional customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. Damaged or Wrong Product
    1.1. Ekaa Candles takes utmost care in packaging and shipping its products. In the event that you receive a damaged or wrong product, you may request a return or exchange.
    1.2. To initiate a return or exchange, please send an email to ekaacandles@gmail.com within 3 days of the product's delivery.
    1.3. In the email, attach images or videos clearly showing the damaged product or the discrepancy in the received product.
    1.4. Once your return/exchange request is approved, you will receive an email with further instructions, including the return address.
     

  2. Replacement and Refunds
    2.1. In case of a damaged or wrong product, Ekaa Candles will evaluate the situation and, if necessary, provide a replacement or issue a refund for the full amount paid.
    2.2. Replacement of the product is subject to the availability of stock. If a replacement is not available, Ekaa Candles will refund you the full amount paid.
    2.3. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase and may take up to [number of days] to be credited to your account.
